This Service Agreement establishes a formal, legally enforceable contract between you and CareOkid. This document governs your structural engagement with our website, individual parental dashboards, and our directly distributed Android package (.apk).

By initiating account registration, executing a subscription transaction, or provisioning our software package onto a mobile asset, you explicitly validate your intent to comply with this policy. If these structural stipulations do not align with your preferences, you must immediately halt execution and remove all related components from your architecture.

1. Architectural Architecture and Terminology

To maintain complete transparency, the following interpretations apply within this framework:

• The Platform/Software: Refers to the integrated dual-component ecosystem comprising the web-based remote parental management interface and the background-executable application binary (.apk) downloaded directly from our domain.
• The Designated Endpoint: The exact individual hardware device (smartphone or tablet format) on which the monitoring client layer is locally provisioned.
• Legitimate Authority: The valid ownership of an asset, or the explicit, legally recognized custody over a minor individual that empowers a user to review device activity under applicable statutory standards.
• Service Subscription: The recurring or single-term prepaid programmatic access system required to maintain continuous processing and transmission between the endpoint and the user dashboard.

2. Legal Prerequisites & Permitted Scope of Use

CareOkid is developed and provisioned strictly to function as a safety oversight mechanism for households and legal guardians.

• Age Restriction: You affirm and declare that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding obligations.
• Ownership Obligations: You are permitted to deploy the tracking utility solely upon cellular property that you legally own, or property utilized by a minor child for whom you hold recognized legal guardianship.
• Stalkerware & Unauthorized Tracking Prohibition: Deploying this background software onto any hardware without explicit, legitimate authority or written consent from an authorized adult user constitutes a direct breach of this agreement and standard privacy laws.
• Immediate Disconnection: If CareOkid identifies or is notified of an unauthorized deployment, the associated license will be permanently terminated without notice, all data fields will be erased, and no subscription fees will be reimbursed. We maintain the right to collaborate with regulatory and enforcement networks to mitigate application abuse.

3. Identity Configuration & Zero-Knowledge Architecture

• Profile Credentialing: Establishing an account requires providing a functioning email identifier and standard transaction details. To preserve complete operational isolation, your direct payment details are routed exclusively through isolated financial processing networks and never pass into our data pools.
• Cryptographic Keys & User Isolation: Your chosen system password is encrypted using advanced non-invertible hashing mechanisms; we do not store your raw password string in plain text format.
• The Access Key Mandate: Because our data relay architecture derives localized data-decryption layers directly from your security password, our engineering teams, network architects, and support technicians have zero technical ability to look at or retrieve your recorded logs. If you misplace your security password or forget your primary account recovery indicators, CareOkid cannot restore your account or pull up your information.
• Credential Protection: You are exclusively responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your credentials and dashboard access vectors. CareOkid assumes zero liability for system exposure arising from weak or compromised user passwords.

4. Subscription Systems, Renewals, and Billing Controls

• Prepaid Baseline: All ecosystem services are rendered purely on a prepaid delivery schedule. Billing rates are determined by continuous system availability and access right provisions rather than individual data volume generation.
• Automated Cycle Continuity: To avoid monitoring blackouts that could compromise child safety tracking, subscriptions automatically extend for an equivalent subsequent duration at standard, non-promotional tiers unless explicitly canceled 24 hours prior to the close of the current active cycle.
• Refund Exclusions for Neglected Adjustments: Failure to deactivate the automatic renewal toggle before a new billing window opens does not qualify as an acceptable justification for a financial refund.
• Cancellation Methodologies: Subscription billing chains can be altered or stopped directly via your personal Control Panel profile or by submitting an explicit formal request to our helpdesk team. Once canceled, telemetry collections continue until the conclusion of the paid timeline, at which point background data relays are fully stopped.

5. Installation Protocols and System Prerequisites

• Physical Interface Prerequisite: You explicitly acknowledge that deploying our mobile package requires a physical interaction window with the targeted device to perform system configuration and assign required backend permissions.
• Pre-Purchase Hardware Assessment: You are legally obligated to review our structural Compatibility Guidelines prior to acquiring a license. Failure to confirm that your target device meets the technical baseline requirements before purchasing nullifies any subsequent refund request regarding hardware incompatibility.
• OS Ecosystem Risks: Subsequent platform operating system upgrades pushed by device manufacturers can break background monitoring routines. Re-establishing application links after major firmware updates is executed completely at your own risk, and CareOkid remains free from liability regarding original manufacturer warranty damage.
• Iterative Feature Enhancements: To remain compliant with security architectures and improve stability, we reserve the absolute right to modify, introduce, or discontinue specific feature modules within the client or dashboard at any time without issuing a prior notification.

6. Proprietary Rights and Intellectual Property

The structural blueprints, source logic configurations, binary compilations, dashboard layouts, textual scripts, visual representations, and distinctive brand logos associated with CareOkid are protected by international copyright laws and intellectual property acts. Any unauthorized attempts to clone codebases, reverse-engineer the compiled client package, redistribute application assets, or utilize our operational trade names without an express written license will trigger immediate termination of service and direct legal prosecution.

7. Explicit Warranty Disclaimers and Financial Liability Ceilings

Foundational Performance Notice: CareOkid is provisioned purely on an "As-Is" and "Current Availability" architectural baseline. We offer no express or implied structural guarantees regarding absolute data consistency, 100% network uptime, or the complete absence of software bugs. Use of our website data and background software infrastructure is handled entirely at your own calculated risk.

To the maximum extent permitted under governing frameworks, CareOkid, its corporate entities, and individual engineers reject all liability for accidental or systemic losses, unexpected hardware damage, or remote tracking downtime.

Under no legal theory or dispute scenario shall our cumulative liability exceed the lower of the following values: the precise transaction total received from you during the six (6) months prior to the dispute, or a fixed ceiling of INR 5,000/-.

8. Structural Indemnity

You agree to fully defend, insulate, and hold completely harmless CareOkid, its core software developers, corporate executives, and system administrators from any outside third-party assertions, structural financial claims, regulatory penalties, or legal defense fees arising from your unlawful deployment of tracking software, data privacy violations on target endpoints, or direct breach of these operational Terms.

9. Governing Law and Territorial Jurisdictions

This Agreement, along with all associated operational regulations, is governed by and interpreted strictly under the national laws of India. Any deep-seated legal disputes, transactional cross-examinations, or statutory claims arising from your interaction with our infrastructure must be filed exclusively within the territorial jurisdiction of the courts located in Panaji, Goa, India, to the complete exclusion of all alternative international forums or local court circuits.

10. Document Preservation and Periodic Alterations

We reserve the absolute right to adjust or update this terms framework at our discretion to align with shifting web safety mandates or internal database expansions. All updated revisions become binding immediately upon their digital publication to our primary web domain. Your continued interaction with your dashboard or application synchronization endpoints signifies your persistent agreement to the modified text.
